Additional Information


  • The Japanese word for “Japan” means “Land of the Rising Sun”. 

  • The word “Japan” is a foreign word – Japanese people call their country にほん (Nihon) or  にっぽん (Nippon), which roughly translates to “Land of the Rising Sun”.

  • Japanese has no genetic relationship with Chinese, but it make extensive use of Chinese characters, or Kanji (漢字), in its writing system.

  • Along with kanji, the Japanese writing system primarily uses two syllabic scripts, Hiragana (ひらがな or 平仮名) and Katakana (カタカナ or 片仮名).   

Language Proficiency :
This level recognizes basic knowledge of the candidate. At this stage, the learner can understand and involve in basic conversation, and use everyday expressions. He/She can frame sentences, get familiarize with the common greetings and objects from the surroundings in foreign settings.
This level recognizes the linguistic competency of the candidate.At this stage, the learner will learn common phrases, grammar and sentence structures. The candidate will be able to write short passages and will be trained to engage in detailed conversation on various topics.
At this level, the candidate becomes more confident with the language. The ability to responds to questions and requests will develop and the candidate will find it easy to practice same with peers.He/she can hold a conversation and give their opinion on topic. The candidate is also capable of understanding and using complex sentences and structure.
At this level, the candidate has a degree of fluency and spontaneity in regular conversation. He/she is well versed with reading text and writing paragraphs in chosen language.The candidate also develop the ability of correcting his/her own mistakes.  
At this level, we can safely say that the candidate is well versed with the language and is ready to fly from our nest towards global opportunities.
